The Venezuelan presenter Carolina ‘La Venenosa’ Sandovalwho recently turned 51, shared on her return to ‘Siéntese Who Can!’, a show of which she is a part, that she and Nick Hernández, her still husband, no longer live under the same roof.
He announced the above information upon his return from Madrid, in Spain, the city where he spent the last week in the company of Amalia Victoriahis youngest daughter, without imagining that during his stay there the divorce request would be made public.
Upon her return to Miami, the famous ‘Venenosa’ slept in what she defines as the house of her dreams, while Nick no longer spent the night there, as she herself shared with her Univision colleagues.
“He was no longer at home, he had taken everything, that’s why I had to prepare the girl and that had been one of the biggest conversations,” she detailed in ‘Siéntese Who Can!’, after she called Nick the ultimatum that by December 2 he should no longer be in the house.
In addition to talking about Nick’s departure, the influencer also took time to recognize that many of her relationship problems were triggered by the house. $1.2 million dollars that they bought and that today is for sale, since he never agreed with its acquisition and the way in which the operation was carried out
“Everyone in my house knew how little effective communication existed between Nick and I after we moved into that dream house. Since we moved into the house that cost us $1.2 million, a little more, the home problems began. The debts that exist today, from the two lines of credit of my beautiful house, where I have been very happy, where every piece of wall is going to take away every party, every celebration, every birthday. There were no expenses, I am such a lucky person in this life that when we bought my house the problems began, because the two lines of credit that Nick decided to carry out on my property were his decision,” he was honest.

The residence, located in the Miami Dade area, was purchased by the ex-couple in June 2022, to live there for a long time, but months later they relaunched it on the market for $1.6 million dollars and today they are already asking for it a little more than $1.3 million dollars.
According to the technical data sheet, published by various sites specialized in the sale of real estate, his still residence was built in 1973 and has an area of 3,318 square feet.
It has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office, laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
