Some entities in the United States will continue sending stimulus checks to their eligible residents during the month of December, this from social plans, guaranteed income programs, budget surpluses, tax refunds, among others.
It is estimated that most of these checks reach $1,000 dollars and aim to benefit low-income and low-income families while reducing economic/social inequality and boosting the local economy:
Arizona
Through a tax refund, families in the state of Arizona will get payments by the end of this year, This applies to those taxpayers who filed their taxes in 2021.
California
Middle class households in California will also get tax refunds (MCTR) between $200 to $1,050.
Colorado
The TABOR program in Colorado will continue to distribute state stimuli in the month of December to those who have filed their tax returns.
New Mexico
With a stimulus check that reaches $1,000 dollarsin New Mexico up to $673 million dollars from a budget surplus will be distributed among its residents.
New York
The STAR (School Tax Relief) program in New York will also continue to send stimulus checks to its residents in order to promote economic stability.
