Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will continue in prison and without the right to bailafter federal judge Arun Subramanian, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, again denied this option. This is the third time this decision has been made.

According to People, the judge refused due to the seriousness of the allegations. The music producer is facing crimes such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson and obstruction of justice.

And he is also facing other accusations such as carrying firearms and threatening witnesses. The law considers that Diddy is not a good citizen of society and that is why they prefer to keep him behind bars, as established by the court.

“The court finds that the government has demonstrated through clear evidence and convincing that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably ensure the safety of the community,” the ruling reads.

To reach this reasoning, the Court took into consideration the evidence against the producer such as messages, videos and firearms that were confiscated from his home.

Another important factor in making this decision is the behavior he has had in prison. Supposedly, violated prison rules and used other inmates’ phone accounts, arranged unsupervised calls, and used unapproved communication tools while in detention.

Diddy’s defense argued that the conditions of confinement would continue – in case of release on bail – but The court declined because the proposal did not seem honest, as detailed by People.

When was ‘Diddy’ arrested?

The renowned musician and music producer was arrested in September. Before Arun Subramanian denied him bail, two different judges did it. The Bad Boy Record founder has pleaded not guilty, however judges have suggested he has tampered with witnesses.

According to the prosecutors’ version, Diddy carried out “tireless efforts to contact potential witnesses, including victims of his abusewhich could provide powerful testimony against him.”

In this third bail proposal, the lawyers established strict 24-hour surveillance and that he would be away from his luxurious apartment on the Upper East Side. Additionally, you would not have access to your cell phone.

Diddy He is being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York..
