Rapper Lizzo, 36, is the new owner of the Los Angeles mansion that until not long ago belonged to the actor Jeremy Renner.
The property, for which the singer paid $12.4 million dollarswas purchased by the Marvel actor, in 2012, for $4 million dollars.
The price increase is not only due to the capital gain, but also to the $5.5 million dollars that Renner allocated for various improvements.
Although the $12.4 million dollars that Lizzo paid is a pretty good figure, the reality is that it was somewhat far from the $13 million dollars that the actor came to claim at the time.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the property is located in the Laurel Canyon area, in California.
It has an extension of 8,000 square feet, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, bar, laundry room, garage for several cars and even a recording studio.
Outside, it has a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi and impressive views of Laurel Canyon.
