The famous Californian rapper Snoop Dogg, 53, is a lover of acquiring as much property as he can, which led him to accumulate several mansions in a very short time, however, he has already decided to get rid of one of them.

Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., As is his real name, he decided to put the house he owns in Douglasville, Georgia on the market.

The property, which was acquired in 2021 by $458,000 dollarsis being offered by $575,000 dollars.

While it is true that your profit margin would be minimal, it is also true that every dollar you earn more will be very well received.

According to the technical sheet, the house in question is located in the Holly Hills area, is distributed over two floors and has a total of six bedrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, movie room, gym, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.

Outside, on its one-acre lot, it has a terrace, a pet area and green areas, which are an attraction for the area in which they are located.

“To get an acre of land in the city, the price would be astronomical. I think the next buyer may have several children. It could also be someone who wants his parents to live with him. The ground floor is ideally prepared for that. “It also has a level yard and a fenced area for pets. I could see it used as a second home for a visitor who wants to be here playing golf during the winter, but I think the next owner will probably use it as a primary residence,” the agent detailed to charge of the promotion of the property.

In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, Snoop Dogg’s still home also draws attention for the luxury amenities that the community where it is located has, such as the aforementioned golf course.
