Previously, the Ukrainian General Staff had reported, without giving details of the weapons used, about a successful attack against a Russian Army arsenal in Bryansk.

According to Western media reports on Sunday, US President Joe Biden authorized kyiv to use long-range missiles against targets in Russian territory.

The press initially reported that the permit only included the Kursk border region, partially occupied by Ukrainian troops since August and where Moscow would have deployed thousands of North Korean soldiers.

Precisely, in response to Washington’s decision, the Russian president, Vladimir Putin approved today the new Russian nuclear doctrine which allows the use of atomic weapons in the event of a conventional attack.
