Paulina Rubio and her ex-husband, Nicolás Vallejo-Nágera, better known as Colate, were involved in a heated argument at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, which caught the attention of the media in Spain.
The altercation, which included a verbal confrontation between the two, took place when the singer was trying to return to Miami with her eldest son, Andreas Nicolás.
According to information from journalist Kike Calleja in the program ‘Siéntese who can!’from Univisión, the problems began when Paulina Rubio went to pick up her son at Colate’s house, with the intention of taking the flight back to the United States.
However, upon arriving at the airport, the singer realized that she had forgotten Andreas’ passport, which delayed her departure.
The situation became even more complicated when, according to reports from those around him, Colate arrived at the airport accompanied by his sister and some friends. At that moment, a verbal confrontation occurred between Paulina and her ex-husband, whowho exchanged reproaches, which forced the singer to request the intervention of the national police to resolve the dispute.
Finally, Colate handed over the passport, but the problems did not end there.
Due to the hours of conflict at the airport, Paulina and her son missed their flight to Miami. As a result, the singer had to organize an alternative trip, which included a long drive to Lisbonwhere he was able to take a direct flight to his final destination, all of this revealed during the television program.

The singer had sued Colate in the Segovia courts for not complying with the custody regime agreed for her son Andreas Nicolás. Paulina has been fighting legally since August to get her son to return to live with her in Miami, and this new episode seems to be another chapter in a series of tensions that still have no end.
