The Mexican singer, who suffered a pregnancy loss in June with her husband Emilio Sánchez, was clear in her statements about her path to motherhood. The influencer Chamonic had reported that Chiquis and her husband were expecting a girl through surrogacy, but the singer denied this version:
“It isn’t true. “I don’t know where that story came from, but I’m surprised by the rumor,” Chiquis said in an interview with the program ‘Sale el sol’.
Chiquis wants a natural pregnancy
The 39-year-old artist expressed that her main wish is to get pregnant naturally, although she did not rule out resorting to surrogacy if she could not conceive in a traditional way.
“At the beginning of this year I froze my eggss, in case I need that option in the future. If I can’t get pregnant naturally, I have that alternative,” she explained. “It’s something I have in mind, but it’s just a plan B,” he added gratefully.
Chiquis also revealed her dream of paying tribute to her deceased mother, Jenni Rivera, naming her daughter after her.
“I would love to, of course, it would be very meaningful,” she said excitedly. “Although I must also take into account what my husband wants, and of course, what my mother-in-law thinks. So we’ll see, but it’s a beautiful name,” he concluded.
