Dodgermania in East Los Angeles!

Screams of joy, skidding of motorcycle tires and all types of automobiles, and fireworks that illuminated the night in East Los Angeles were part of the crazy celebration of the Latin fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers, who were proclaimed champions of the 2024 Baseball World Series against the New York Yankees.

Numerous elements of the California Highway Patrol (CHP), supported by agents from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, monitored the happy and riotous crowd, along several streets bordering Whittier Boulevard, which were blocked, to avoid excesses and looting of businesses.
