“Just as we handed over your father, we are going to hand you over”: Los Chapitos threaten the son of “El Mayo”

As the days go by, tension and violence increases in the state of Sinaloa, due to the war that has been going on for more than 8 weeks. Los Chapitos in front of the people of Ismael Zambada Sicairosalias “Mayito Flaco” and son of “El Mayo” Zambada.

In addition to the confrontations and executions in several regions of the state, the threats have not been long in coming, and one of the most recent was a narcomanta signed by the children of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

This message was placed on a bridge in the city of Culiacán, and in it Los Chapitos warned Zambada Sicairos that they would hand him over to the United States authorities as they did with his father on July 25.

“Just as we handed over your dad, we are going to hand you over.. Wasn’t the government on their side? You see how we ordered them to shoot 19 gunmen and arrest your little leader Max,” can be read on the blanket signed by La Chapiza.

The death of the 19 hitmen referred to in the message occurred just a few days ago, when elements of the Mexican Army captured Edwin Antonio Rubio Lópezalias “El Max” and identified as one of the main operators of “El Mayo” Zambada.

Response to the La Mayiza flyers?

This narco-message was found a day after videos were spread on social networks, where dozens of fliers are seen falling from the sky, apparently launched from a small plane, over the cities of Culiacán, Guasave, Mazatlán and other municipalities of the entity.

In these pamphlets signed by La Mayiza, the wave of extortion and other abuses is attributed to the Los Chapitos faction, in complicity with the state governor. Ruben Rocha Moyaso they ask the inhabitants to join forces so that they can enter Culiacán to restore order.

“Sinaloans: We will not rest until we enter Culiacánwe want to bring order and put an end to so much abuse committed by Los Chapos. For that we need to overthrow this government that supports them,” the text reads.

Likewise, they provided a telephone number with a Culiacán code to report any abuse of power and acts of corruption. “I ask to communicate to this same number any abuse, corruption, business and address of the governor, as well as his children and cabinet who act as names. As I said, we are going to root out the problem,” it was added.
