Michael Keaton, a well-known Holywood actor, criticized the followers of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and his ally Elon Musk, considering them geniuses for believing in their campaign promises.

Through a video shared on his Instagram account, the actor born in Pennsylvania, state that has historically been decisive in defining the destiny of the White House, He urged his countrymen to open their eyes wide to realize how the Republicans are allegedly deceiving them to get their vote.

“For some of you, most of you, I guess, who are thinking about attending a rally with Musk and Trump. In reality, they don’t respect you, they laugh at you behind your back, they think you are stupid. They don’t want to spend time with you, they have nothing in common with you. “They are not your colleagues,” he wrote.

In order to support his opinion, Keaton cited a phrase uttered by Donald Trump years ago.

“I tell you, when Trump, years ago, I guess, said, ‘I could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and they’d still vote for me,’ basically what he’s saying in parentheses is that these people are so stupid, they’re so dumb, that they would still vote for me. They have no respect for you, believe me“he emphasized.

In the final stretch of the race to win the presidency, the figure of the South African magnate Elon Musk emerged not only at Donald Trump’s rallies, but as one of the largest donors to the 78-year-old Republican by allocating $75 million dollars, as well as by offering a raffle among those who register to vote a million more a day.

All of this keeps a large sector of citizens overshadowed and from there derives the criticism of Michael Keaton who since last year declared himself opposed to the idea of seeing Donald Trump on the ballot again.

Therefore, decided to actively support Democrat Kamala Harris by appearing in a campaign promotional aimed at the citizens of Pennsylvania.

“This is getting really scary. Me too? If he is elected, he will probably be fine. The middle class will not be well. And if you are young, you will surely not be well. I’m telling you, it’s going to get ugly,” he is heard mentioning.

12 days before the elections, the results of some polls coincide in showing Donald Trump located very close to Kamala Harris, but also with a large sector of possible voters undecided about who to support at the polls.
