Hispanics under arrest for robberies in Southern California

Four Hispanics were arrested during an operation for his alleged relationship with a retail theft crime ring in Southern California, authorities reported.

The suspects in custody were identified as Víctor Manuel Marcos Marino, 33 years old; María Isabel Orozco Cadena, 31 years old; Elena Huezo, 43 years old, and José Aurelio Díaz Magaña, 36.

The group is suspected of committing robberies against businesses in Los Angeles and Orange countiesaccording to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Authorities said the four suspects were allegedly involved in at least 10 robberies and were able to escape. with stolen merchandise worth more than $100,000 dollars.

During the investigation, authorities They linked two residences located in Anaheim and Bloomington with the group that made up the criminal network.

The CHP said investigators on Oct. 14 executed search warrants at homes in the two cities, where officers discovered products that had been stolen from retail stores worth approximately $143,746.

Images that were released by the authorities showed that The stolen merchandise was stored in dozens of suitcases found at the Anaheim residenceas well as in large bags and black suitcases at the Bloomington home.
