Eiza González He doesn’t often share videos in which he shows his secrets to having a statuesque figure, but now he pleased his followers on instagram with some of the routines she performs to strengthen her glutes, being coordinated at all times by her trainer.

Wearing tight leggings, the beautiful Mexican actress appears doing Sumo squats, using a kettlebell and leggings on her ankles. He also opted for a device with rubber bands to apply tension and develop the gluteus maximus.

In another clip Eiza is shown lying down and in profile, doing a series of donkey kicks laterals, and shortly after he performed a barbell glute bridge. The message he wrote on his post was: “These burn so well.”
On October 9 it premiered on the platforms Hulu and Disney+ the miniseries “The Machine”in which Eiza González Share credits with Diego Luna, Gael Garcia, Jorge Perugorría and Lucia Mendez. The plot is about a boxer who fights to recover his career, but who must also protect his ex-wife Irasema (González), who works as a journalist.
The actress gave details about her character in “The Machine”which has generated good reviews: “What I love about Irasema is that she is a woman with a lot of personality. She’s northern, to begin with. A woman with a lot of character is something that is very much in my blood. I love that this series not only focuses on sports, but on the complexity of emotional relationships. “It has been a great project.”
