Why did Shakira reschedule her North American tour shows?

A few weeks before his tour begins Women no longer cry world tourShakira announced that the shows in the United States will be rescheduled and will change locations due to high demand for tickets.

On Friday, The singer shared a statement on her Instagram stories to inform her fans about the changes to her shows in North America.

“As Live Nation has communicated, my production has grown to such magnitude, as has the demand for tickets and more shows, that it has exceeded the most optimistic expectations. So much so that the tour in North America now requires stadiums and more dates, in order to reach more of you, so has been moved to May 2025. This Monday they will announce the new dates”, reported the singer.

Until now, It is not known if all the tour dates in North America will be modified or just some of them.

In the statement, Shakira also took the opportunity to thank her fans for all their support. in this new stage of his musical career.

“Thank you with all my heart for supporting me at this moment in my career. I know that many of you have made great efforts to be part of these concerts. Your understanding and affection mean a lot to me and help me continue breaking barriers.“said the Colombian artist.

When would Shakira’s North American tour begin?

In total, there will be 14 concerts so far in cities in the United States and Canada such as: Poenix, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, Toronto, Montreal, among others.
