Singer Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are not having a good time, after their California mansion was severely affected by a large water leak.
According to RadarOnline, which was the medium that broke the news, the house of $15 million dollars requires immediate and large repairs.
“RadarOnline can reveal that the singer’s California home needs major repairs due to damage caused by the leak,” the aforementioned outlet reported.
It was detailed that the repairs will not be simple at all, as they will require exhaustive work.
“Upon opening the door, it was discovered that a significant water leak had occurred in the home over the past 24 to 48 hours, greatly expanding the scope of the repairs,” it was reported.
This is not the first headache that the house they acquired in recent years has given them, since it is the same one that was claimed by Carl Westcottan 85-year-old man, who sold them to them, but then backed out, arguing that he was not in good health to carry out that operation.
Despite the veteran’s attempts to recover his former residence, the authorities determined that there was no conclusive evidence to affirm that he was indeed not in adequate medical condition at the time of the sale operation, so they not only agreed with Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, but now Westcott will have to pay a large sum of money for the damages caused.
The house in question was purchased by Wescott, in May 2020, for $11.25 million dollarsso it is surprising that he got rid of it months later.
It was built in 1934 and has an extension 7,167 square feetwith 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 5 half bathrooms.
It also has a hall, a kitchen with an island in the center, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a tea room, a main room, a TV room, a games room, an office, terraces, among other rooms.
According to the technical specifications, the mansion is located on a plot of 8.9 acreswhere they enjoy a terrace, extensive green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, guest house, among other amenities.
