Singer Liam Payne, who died at age 31 after falling from a balcony at his hotel in Argentina, spent the last part of his life in a Florida mansion he shared with Kate Cassidyhis girlfriend.

The house, which they boasted about on more than one occasion on social media, is located in South Florida and was not their own, but rather they paid rent to live there. The monthly rent amounts to $9,500 dollars per month.

From what we were able to know, the residence is Spanish style, its commercial value is $1.73 million dollars and is located in the gated community of Wellington, also known as ‘Horse Town USA’.

The property, which they named LJP Cribs and is distributed over two floors, was built during the first revolution and still preserves some details of the period, which makes it extremely attractive.

The house has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, television room, several bedrooms, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.

Outside it has a terrace, green areas, waterfalls, swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other amenities.
