Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, he bizarrely compared Donald Trump to a “drunk frat brother.”

During his participation on the radio show “The Breakfast Club,” the Massachusetts billionaire He admitted being surprised to realize that the results of the 2016 elections gave Trump the winner.

“I couldn’t believe it. It was like a drunk frat brother becoming president of the United States.“, he mentioned.

Kraft said that, when he traveled constantly to Florida, In the early 1990s, Trump became one of his friends and later reaffirmed him when he was widowed..

“When my wife of blessed memory died 13 years ago, He was one of four or five people who approached me and were very kind.“, he recalled.

Despite being a Democrat, Robert Kraft also acknowledged that, at the time, he contributed a donation to the controversial New York magnate’s campaign.

“The only donation I made to him was when he called me when he was elected. “It was an important donation for his inauguration,” he indicated.

Although Robert Kraft avoided mentioning whether he would support Trump in the next presidential elections, several millionaires are the ones who have assumed this role so that, at least, he can be financially on par with Democrat Kamala Harris in one of the most contested races to win the White House in recent years.

However, although the 59-year-old Californian has become a true donation magnet by exceeding $1 billion dollars raised in less than three months after emerging as a presidential candidate to replace President Joe Biden, most polls no longer give him that much of a margin over Donald Trump and the difference between both candidates in some states is reduced to one point.

Faced with this scenario, the character whom Robert Kraft dares to compare with a “drunken fraternity brother” has a good chance of surprising him on the ballot, at least that is what some analysts point out, taking as an example other elections where Some candidates, despite arriving three points ahead, ended up losing.
