Vem Miller, 49, was stopped in a black SUV at the intersection of 52nd Avenue and Celebration Drive in Coachella, California, at the entrance to a Donald Trump rally, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department this Sunday.

Miller was taken into custody without incident, but was released after posting $5,000 bail. Following the arrest, he was booked into the John J. Benoit Detention Center on charges of possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine. According to official information, Vem Miller lives in the neighboring state of Nevada in Las Vegas and when he was arrested he was carrying a shotgun in illegal possession, a loaded pistol, a high-capacity magazine and fake VIP passes.
