Lisa Marie Presley was abused when she was 10, according to her memoir

Lisa Marie Presley stated in her new memoir ‘From Here to the Great Unknownn’, ‘From here to the unknown’ in Spanish, that her mother’s ex-boyfriend, Mike Edwards, abused her when she was just 10 years old. The daughter of the well-known singer, Elvis Presley, died in January 2023.

He confessed in his book, which is now available, that Edwards — who appeared in the 1981 film ‘Mommie Dearest’ as Joan Crawford’s lover — He came into her room in the middle of the night and ran a finger along her leg.

“He said he was going to show me what was going to happen to me when I grew up.”wrote Lisa Marie, who was 10 at the time.

“He put his hand on my chest and said a man is going to touch me here, there, he put his hand between my legs and said they are going to touch me here. “I think he kissed me softly and then left that night,” writes the daughter of the late Elvis Presley.

According to Page Six, Lisa, the next day, She informed her mother and she assured her that Edward wanted to apologize to her.

“Edwards was sitting on his bed, looking very moody and sullen… he said: ‘I’m very sorry, but in Europe this is how they teach childrenso that’s what I was doing,’” Lisa stated in her book.

He did not feel the support of his mother

The daughter of Elvis Presley, who had, throughout her life, a complicated relationship with her mother, Priscilla, hinted who did not feel the support of his mother and that she did not take his side when the abuse escalated.

“At the end he started touching me and spanking me, telling me not to look at him.”wrote Lisa Marie.

“I guess he was masturbating. He wasn’t angry with me, He did it very calmly, sitting in a chair, spanking me. My butt turned black, blue, orange, green,” he said.

Lisa Marie claimed that she showed the bruises to her mother and she responded: “What did you do to receive this?”

Regarding these accusations, the actor told Page Six that he was like “a father” to Lisa.

“I’m shocked, that’s not true… I was like a father to Lisa Marie”, he expressed. He said no one from the book’s publisher called him for comment, saying, “I don’t think Lisa was that stable during that period of time.”

Before she died, Lisa Marie left her daughter Riley Keough, actress who starred in ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’, hours of tapes, and she was able to finish this new biography. At the moment, Priscilla has not issued any statement about her daughter’s new memoirs.
