Federico Valverde came out about Luis Suárez’s statements against Marcelo Bielsa and affirmed that they are true. The Uruguayan soccer player supported his former teammate and explained that they will look for a solution.

“What Luis said is all true, he never lied, he never exaggerated.”He told things like they are. Now, on my part and like all the leaders, we have to talk in the locker room among ourselves, as a team, to improve and continue growing.”

During the past week, Luis Suárez explained that there were footballers who asked the Argentine “to at least say good morning to them” and pointed out that it should not be surprising if more players give up playing for Uruguay. In fact, he indicated that there were players who considered during the last Copa América not to defend the national team anymore.

On the other hand, Valverde said that the way to solve problems is by talking, something that has been done on several occasions since the Argentine led the Uruguay team.

“We always did it that way and this is going to be another one that is going to be fixed the same way,” noted Valverde, who added that Suárez does not have to ask anyone’s permission to speak and that he lives football with “tremendous passion.”

“He is Luis Suárez, the idol of all of Uruguay, and he can do whatever he wants,” he concluded. the midfielder during a note he gave to the media at the Carrasco International Airport.

“WHAT LUIS SAID IS ALL TRUE, HE NEVER LIED, HE DIDN’T EXAGGERATE AT ANY TIME,” said Fede Valverde about Lucho Suárez’s statements. And he added: ” SINCE MARCELO WAS HERE, WE HAVE FIXED IT BY TALKING AND THIS TIME IT’S GOING TO BE THE SAME, IT’S GOING TO BE FIXED IN THE SAME WAY.” pic.twitter.com/ER8GrrYbts
