After his departure from “The House of the Famous Mexico 2” the actor Sian Chiong has had to apologize for many of the pranks he committed during the reality showbut he is also facing the effects of the negative comments he received on social media. Now he announced that for the first time he is taking therapy, in order to more calmly undertake his next projects.
Interviewed in Monterrey, the Cuban spoke about it: “Yes, I’m taking therapy. Right now I started, I only have two sessions, nothing ago. I made the decision because even though my father and mother have always been like my psychologists, I feel that right now I do need a very neutral opinion. I don’t feel calm having only the opinion of my relativesthat no matter what, they will always give a very passionate opinion, based on the love they have for me. I wanted something more neutral, something that told me: ‘OK f***, it’s this way’, and that I would like.”

Chiong revealed what these first two visits to the psychologist have been like: “In the first session it was very funny, because I came out saying: ‘Only I spoke’He didn’t tell me anything.’ But in the second one we started talking a little more. “I feel comfortable.”

Sian commented that it is the first time she has gone to a mental professional. “It hasn’t been easy to assimilate a new part of life that I wasn’t used to.”which is all you know. That’s why I decided to take therapies, because At night I was having a hard time. Sometimes I get a bit like anxiety attacks when remembering certain things.the fact that not so positive thoughts come to mind. So I did say, ‘I need to release all this to someone.'”
The actor denied any possibility of re-entering another reality show: “I did this to get out of my comfort zone. I’m an actor, I’m a singer, I like art and I said: ‘How about I try something different? See how it makes me grow, see how it makes me a better person. In that sense, I do believe it was achieved, but I already lived the experience.”
Although on social networks The Cuban has had unfavorable comments from a large part of the public, he stated that in his personal interactions he has never had a bad response: “Zero, a lot of affection, a lot of love, and that is what I am most grateful for. I’m going to keep the nickname The hare forever, because I really enjoyed that part of the game.”
Finally, Chiong assured that he has already apologized to the actress Gala Montes: “I told him that I was very sorry for something I did, that he should forgive me. There he told me: ‘Calm down, nothing is happening. It’s already behind us.’ So I’ll stick with that.”
