According to the technical sheet, released by various entities specialized in the sale of real estate, the house has an extension of 1,699 square feetwith three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, family room, office, laundry room, garage for one vehicle, among other rooms.

Outside it has a terrace, green areas, a guest house, among other amenities.

In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, the residence also does so for its location, as highlighted in its technical sheet.
