In the last two years Christian Nodal has experienced some changes in his physique, such as ldecision to remove tattoos from his face and lose weight. Recently, The Mexican singer spoke about this latest change.
In a recent interview with the YouTube channel The Music, Nodal said that his life was in danger due to his eating style.
“I had high triglycerides from eating pure meat, because I am quite a carnivore, so I don’t consider it junk food, but those are forbidden things, what I can’t eat is meat,” said the singer.
Although I didn’t eat junk food, The singer said that he had to reduce his meat consumption and follow a diet that helped him lose weight.
“I’ve been dieting for a while, eating a balanced diet and the whole thing, but my triglycerides were going very high, that’s why I lost weight, because I already felt like I was having anxiety attacks,” he said.
How does Christian Nodal deal with criticism on social networks?
In a conversation on the MoluscoTV YouTube channel, The “Goodbye Love” singer told how he usually deals with controversy on social networks: he ignores it.
“At this point in life nothing really scares me,” he said. “I know my reality. So at the end of the day, do you think you’re going to be affected by someone who tells a lie? It will make you angry if it involves the people you love, but it does not symbolize that it changes your reality.”
Although you already know how to deal with this type of situation, Nodal recognizes that it has not been an easy job not to get carried away by what others say about him.
“I made the first mistake, the second, the third, the fourth and the fifth. At that age and then, I didn’t know how to divide the reality of social networks, because I added social networks to my reality,” he said. “It cost me my mental health to a point that (affected me) physically, emotionally and psychologicallyin all ways,” he added.
The singer assured that since he stopped worrying about what they say about him on the networks he has been calmer. “I learned that social networks are networks and they can entangle you too. I learned that you don’t have to understand how they work, or why, or anything like that. “It’s not my job,” he said.
“We are not here to make anyone unhappy and we are not here to make us unhappy.. You cannot live in that beautiful, always beautiful panorama; life hurts sometimes; but I learned to take importance to the things that come with it,” he added.
