Tragedy in Los Angeles: Father and son die in a shooting

A father and son were killed and another person was injured in a shooting that occurred Sunday night in the unincorporated Santa Susana Mountains, authorities reported.

The incident was reported shortly after 6:30 p.m. in the 28800 block of Paradise Road, in the Val Verde area, near Santa Clarita.

In a statement, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) He said it was initially reported that a father had injured himself and his son, according to the Santa Clarita Valley Signal.

“When officers arrived at the scene, Three people were found with gunshot wounds“the LASD said in a statement.

A third person was rushed to a local hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD)the victim who, according to the LASD, was an adult female.

Although it was initially unclear whether multiple gunmen were involved in the shooting, the Sheriff’s Department later confirmed that The three people were related and it was a “domestic” incident. which ended in a shootout.
