Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he arrived in the United States yesterday, Sunday, to present to his American counterpart Joe Biden the details of his “victory plan” to end the Russian invasion.
“We have arrived in the United States of America,” Zelensky said on social media. “The plan for Ukraine’s victory will be on the table of all our allies,” he added.
The Ukrainian president added that begins his trip in Pennsylvania for a “special visit”without giving details, before traveling to New York and Washington.

“This autumn will be decisive”
Earlier, in a video from his plane, Zelensky said that “this autumn will be decisive for what will happen next” in the war.
He added that the US president will be “the first to see the full” Ukrainian proposals.
Zelensky will try to convince Biden to allow Ukraine to attack targets in Russia with long-range Western weapons, which he believes would change the course of the war.
