Judge denies bail to Sean “Diddy” Combs

American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain in police custody in a Manhattan court after Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied him bail to face criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking for which he was accused in a federal indictment unsealed in New York on Tuesday.

According to early reports, The lawyer rejected the proposal of the businessman’s defense, which suggested placing him under house arrest at his Miami residence with a bail of $50,000,000 dollars.

Following the negative ruling, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, appeared before the media to assure that the decision will be appealed.as his client pleaded not guilty to the long list of charges against him.
