The accident suffered by the Spanish driver Pepe Martí in the main race The Formula 2 Azerbaijan Grand Prix can be described in a number of ways, with the options ranging from hair-raising, chilling, brutal and it was a moment of great anxiety and fear without a doubt.
Kush Maini, who started from fifth position on the starting grid, has His car stalled at the start and came to a stop in the middle of the finishing straight. Even if the accident was spectacular enough, dangerous enough and kept everyone the spectators in suspense, Pepe Martí and the rest of those involved in the event, were able to get out of their cars by their own means and none of them showed significant or compromising injuries.
