Chiquinquirá Delgado is not afraid to be honest when it comes to talking about the aesthetic treatments she has tried and how they have impacted her life.

During a conversation on the show “Unequal We All Have an Opinion”which airs on YouTube, Delgado joined Migbelis Castellanos and Pollito Tropical to talk about the aesthetic procedures that are trending. They also addressed the topic of plastic surgery and the possible risks that they entail, as well as revealing if they regret any of them.

Although Chiquinquirá admitted to being flirtatious and enjoying taking care of her appearance, she also made it clear that she has never resorted to Botox. “I have never had botox”she said, explaining that she has opted for a healthier and more natural lifestyle. As for the treatments she prefers, she mentioned some less invasive ones such as laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound. “There are so many gadgets!”he exclaimed.

According to Delgado, she has decided to avoid toxins in her personal care routine, including Botox. “Some time ago I decided to lead a cleaner life, with products non-toxicnon-toxic skin products, eating unprocessed foods”he revealed. However, he admitted that he does not rule out the possibility of using it in the future. “It’s a very personal decision, I’m not saying that in 20 years I won’t need it and I won’t do it.”

During the conversation, the Venezuelan reflected on how the public often assumes that any physical change is the result of surgery, even though it may be completely natural.

“It became fashionable to have a big butt, but I have had them all my life”he commented with humor, referring to the constant rumors he faces about his figure.

Being a mother changed the way she sees things

In this exchange of opinions, both Migbelis and Chiqui addressed how in their country, Venezuela, cosmetic surgery is deeply normalized, partly due to the influence of beauty pageants. Delgado, a mother of two daughters, commented on her change of perspective since becoming a mother. “Now that I have daughters, I am more aware. I don’t want to [que mis hijas se metan] to an operating room unnecessarily”, he confessed.

Chiqui also talked about how important it is to accept one’s personal image and learn to value what one has. “In youth, insecurities are filled with surgeries or toxic relationships. When you reach a certain age, you say, I don’t want anything with knives, doctors, anesthetics.”he concluded.
