Angela Aguilar’s most iconic dresses will be on display in a special exhibition at the Mexican Consulate in Houston, Texas, to commemorate the Mexican singer’s 10-year career.

Under the title 10 years singing and dressing Mexico, The exhibition will bring together around 30 dresses worn by Pepe Aguilar’s daughter at notable moments of the last decade.

Among Angela’s dresses that will shape the exhibition They highlight the red dress she wore in the video for “Dime cómo quieres”collaboration with her current husband Christian Nodal, The floral dress she wore at the 2018 Latin Grammys gala or the dress with “little miracles,” little charms, that she wore on the red carpet at the Premios Juventud awards in 2022.

The outfits will be displayed near the Mexican Consulate General in Houston, where the public will be able to enjoy the exhibition, which will be available for a limited time, although the exact date until which it will be open is not yet known.

Angela Aguilar’s demands before each show

In a recent interview with W Radio Colombia, Pepe Aguilar said that his daughter is a diva when it comes to preparing to give a show and revealed some of his demands.

“Angela orders like 50 dresses. You walk into her dressing room and I say, ‘Am I paying for this mother?'” said the singer of “Por mujeres como tú.”

The patriarch of the Aguilar family also shared other demands of his daughter“Incense, they put things on the wall, they play music, they give him a massage, he has like 20 beggars dressed up, his jewelry and everything else,” he added.

Although Pepe Aguilar acknowledged that his daughter is a diva, He assured that he is the one in charge of his shows. “I’m the owner of the show, I hire those guys, obviously it’s not like, ‘My daughter, what do you want to sing?’ No way, what happened? Do you see my face like an idiot?! And it’s not like I do whatever I want,” he said.

“But yes, 35 years of experience against ten, and they have a lot of confidence in me, I am the producer of the two guys (Ángela and Leonardo),” he added.
