Colombian Ximena Duque, 39, is in a stage of changes in her life, as she not only stopped collaborating with Monat, but is also making various transformations to the mansion she owns and shares with Jay Adkins and with her children for about four years.

“I can’t wait, I’m so excited,” she can be heard saying excitedly in one of her videos in which she showed that the work is already somewhat advanced, although there is still some time before she can move all her work to her new office.
The new facility for his residence is being built by the same company that built his mansion, so it will not clash at all and will blend in perfectly with the existing architecture.

This is not the first transformation that the former actress and her partner have made to their Miami home so far this year. At the beginning of 2024, she transformed her old office into a spectacular dressing room, which turned out just as she had envisioned.

Ximena Duque and her family have lived there since June 2020 and have since made several modifications to it to adapt it to their needs.
