He Inter Miami announced this Wednesday that The club will play its home games at Miami Freedom Park starting in 2026 and its executives shared some images of what will be the new home of the team, which will leave the Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale to move to Miami.
“The next stages of the Miami Freedom Park project bring us closer to achieving our dream of making it the official home of Inter Miami CF. Embodying our motto ‘Freedom to Dream,’ We have been diligently building something extraordinary: a place where every fan will treasure unforgettable football moments.“, explained Jorge Mas, owner and manager of Inter Miami, in a statement.
“As we look toward the opening of our new stadium, we look forward to creating a world-class venue that reflects our passion, commitment and the collective dreams of our community from South Florida,” he added.
In the letter, David Beckhamco-owner of the club, spoke of the dream of having a new stadium that gives a greater sense of belonging to players and fans in the city of Miami, after planning it so much and working tirelessly on it.
“After years of dreaming, It is very exciting to share that in 2026 Inter Miami CF will move to their long-term home at Miami Freedom Park. Miami Freedom Park is the culmination of years of hard work and a desire to realize a vision and create a lasting legacy for the fans and community of Miami and South Florida. I am very happy to see that this dream is finally coming true,” he said in the statement.
Miami Freedom Park Not only will it have the team’s stadium, but it is a whole sports and recreational project that also will include a 58-acre public parkwhich will be the largest in Miami; it will also have youth athletics fields for the community, shops and entertainment-focused attractions, restaurants, hotels, shops, office space and an entertainment venue to host major international stars, in addition to concerts that will take place at the stadium.
Miami Freedom Park is already in its first phase of construction and the new stadium, public park, road and parking infrastructure, as well as additional entertainment and hospitality concepts within the district are planned to be nearly complete by the end of 2025.
The second phase of the entertainment district at Miami Freedom Park will be marked by the opening of additional entertainment and retail concepts along with a curated selection of the best food and beverage concepts in Miami, and is scheduled to open in 2026, coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, while the third phase will see the launch of additional entertainment offerings.

As far as the team’s current season is concerned, Inter Miami leads the MLS Eastern Conference with 59 points5 more than the Galaxy, leaders of the West, so far they are winning in the race for the Supporters’ Shield, the trophy awarded to the best club of the campaign.
