JLo and Ben Affleck's mansion continues to generate expenses despite being for sale

The former couple formed by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, who recently confirmed their separation, continue to give something to talk about and now they do it for their famous Beverly Hills Mansionwhich is already on sale, but they still haven’t found anyone interested in buying it.

The lack of offers has become a real headache for both and a blow to their pockets, since they currently pay around more than $285,000 dollars per month for various expenses that they must continue to absorb until they complete their sale.

Current expenses include mortgage, property tax, urbanization tax and everything related to maintenance, security and basic services such as electricity, gas and water.

“Property tax alone is costing the duo a hefty $476,000 a year, which works out to just under $40,000 a month. And that’s far from the only cost they’re believed to be covering right now,” the Realtor portal reported.

What is the mansion of discord like?

The residence, which was built in 2000 and renovated in 2017, belonged until a few years ago to the developer Gala Asher, but since May 2023 it has passed into his hands.

At that time they bought it in $61 million dollars and now they are selling it in $68 million dollars.

It has, according to its technical sheet, 38,000 square feet construction, with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
