Mexico’s southern border, specifically the state of Chiapas, is experiencing an unprecedented wave of violence in which no one is safe, not even children.
This is revealed by a video spread on social networks, where you can see The moments of panic that were experienced inside a kindergarten in the municipality of Benemérito de las Américas, after a shooting was reported outside the school.
In the clip you can hear bursts of bullets, while The teachers protect the minors and order them to lie on the floor to avoid a tragedy. Some of the children were even placed behind a desk.
This is the reality in #Chiapas, where children from a kindergarten, teachers and mothers have to take shelter during a confrontation between criminal groups.

“Get on the floor, get on the floor!” a female voice is heard in the classroom, which seconds later consoles one of the students who was beginning to cry as the rifles were fired.
According to local media, It was all due to an armed attack on a private clinic which is located right in front of the kindergarten, and fortunately no one was injured.
Another video that also circulated on social media shows the moment when two vans arrive in the area and more than 10 armed people get out, who immediately open fire on the medical facilities.

The municipality where this attack was reported is one of the most dangerous areas, as a few days ago a confrontation between military personnel and armed civilians was reported, which left two people dead: a member of the Mexican Army and one of the attackers.
Also, last Friday Three men were executed and their bodies abandoned on the stretch of road towards the municipality of Palenque; all showed signs of torture and the shot of grace.
Residents reported that, for the fourth consecutive day, there have been several shootings in Benemérito de las Américas, generating fear and uncertainty among citizens, which is why a large police and military presence remains in the municipality.
