Spanish singer Shaila Dúrcal, who celebrated her 45th birthday on August 28, was finally able to celebrate a birthday in what was once the home of her parents, Rocío Dúrcal and Antonio Morales ‘Junior’.
According to ¡HOLA! magazine, which was the media that broke the news, Shaila celebrated like she hadn’t in a long time and with that sentimentality that links her to the famous family chalet located in Torrelodoneson the outskirts of the city of Madrid.
“Shaila Dúrcal has just turned 45, and is celebrating for the first time since having bought the family home where she was so happy, together with her parents, Rocío Dúrcal and Antonio Morales ‘Junior’, and her two older brothers, Antonio and Carmen Morales,” the aforementioned publication reported.
The property, from which you have stunning views of the Sierra de Guadarramahas become a true refuge for the highly talented artist and she has always made it known when the occasion warrants it, because a little piece of her parents is still present there.
“Here are my parents’ ashes. They will always be with us in these sunsets and we will always have the best memories of our family, and especially of them…” Shaila said at the time.
The property, which Shaila named Casa Dúrcal, was a true paradise for her and her siblings during her childhood, as she recalled in an interview with Lecturas magazine.
