Immigration agent ordered 4 women to show him their breasts during admission process

A U.S. Border Patrol agent has been charged with ordering women to expose their breasts during the admissions process to enter the country, federal authorities said.

Shane Millan53, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of deprivation of rights under color of law, federal prosecutors for the Northern District of New York announced in a news release.

The immigration agent deliberately deprived four different women of their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches, prosecutors added.

During virtual processing related to your admission to the United States, Millan told three women to “expose their bare breasts” to him via webcam, and a fourth woman who revealed her breasts while wearing a bra, prosecutors said.

These incidents are believed to have occurred in August 2023.

Millan, a Jefferson County resident, He made the demands “for his own gratification” and lied to the women saying he was conducting legitimate searches, prosecutors said.

After being arraigned in Syracuse, the defendant was released pending trial, USA Today reported.

The media outlet contacted the Border Patrol to find out if Millan was still working, but had not received a response as of Friday afternoon.
