Cheryl Hines, wife of Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., is said to be against the independent presidential candidate ending his campaign to become an ally of Donald Trump.

Given the possibility that the Washington lawyer will give up his aspirations to run for the presidency of the nation gains strength from the version that he would have negotiated a position in the cabinet of the 78-year-old Republicanthis in case of a hypothetical victory at the polls.

In this regard, the newspaper The Hill He mentions that a person close to the Kennedys told him that Cheryl Hines does not want to see her husband supporting the controversial New York tycoon.

Although the couple has been married for a decade, In recent years, both have shown that they have very different ways of seeing and conducting themselves in life.

However, one point on which they differ is the conspiracy theories revolving around the government.

A clear example of this arose at Christmas 2021, when in the midst of the pandemic, some guests came to dinner at the Kennedy residence, but the requirement established by Cheryl Hines was that they be vaccinated against COVID, which was contradictory to her husband Robert Francis, since he has always resisted being inoculated.

Subsequently, when the politician trained in the Democratic Party went so far as to compare the vaccination campaigns promoted by the government with the Nazi Holocaust to even travel by presenting a certificate where it could be corroborated that people had already been vaccinated, His wife immediately made it clear that she thought completely differently.

“My husband’s opinions do not reflect my own. Although we love each other, we differ on many current issues,” the actress wrote on her social media.

Given this background, a new clash of opposing positions is likely to arise between the Kennedys.

In fact, the division between the direct line relatives had already been present from the moment Robert Francis dared to rebel against Joe Biden to make his own way separately, something seen as an aberration among several of his closest relatives.
