Renowned Californian actor and comedian Rob Schneider, 60, is the new owner of a very nice mansion in Woodland Hills, California.
The property, for which he paid $2.5 million dollarshas all the luxuries and comforts we can imagine.
The house was built in the 1960s, but it looks as if it were in its prime, having undergone a series of drastic transformations.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house has an extension of 3,000 square feetwith four bathrooms and four bedrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, bar, wine cellar, office, laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on its almost half-acre lot, the famous actor’s new residence has a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a fire pit, among other amenities.
In addition to attracting attention for its rooms and amenities, the residence also attracts attention for its location, security and privacy, elements that will surely be greatly appreciated by this Hollywood star.
