A New York lawyer He paid less than $9 for the domain HarrisWalz.com four years ago and resold it for nearly $15,000 of profit.

In 2020, trademark attorney Jeremy Green Eche purchased a Uniform Resource Locator, popularly known as a URL, which was at the time registered as HarrisWalz.com, for just $8.99.

His bet was to see what would happen at the end of the current federal administration with the career of the nation’s vice president.

Four years ago, the visionary entrepreneur had already made a good deal when, as owner of the domain ClintonKaine.comsold it for $15,000.

However, at the time of betting on the combination of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, it seemed far-fetched that fate could intertwine their paths with the aim of occupying the highest positions in American politics.

Once it was announced that the vice president of the nation had appointed the governor of Minnesota, Jeremy Green, as her running mate, put the domain he owned up for sale and once again requested $15,000 dollars for anyone interested in purchasing it.

“Harris’ campaign has hundreds of millions of dollars, so if they don’t buy their own domain, that’s their responsibility. I have to sell it to someone,” the lawyer warned.

In a matter of days, a buyer emerged, whose identity remains anonymous, but who, upon purchasing it, immediately redirects users who consult it to the official page of the Democratic campaign, because he allegedly wants to see the 59-year-old Californian win the electoral ballot.

“He must have created a redirect because he had nothing better to do,” Green Eche said in an interview with the financial website CBS MoneyWatch.

Having completed its second successful transaction linked to the ownership of domains linked to politics,The visionary investor revealed that he owns at least another 60, Several of them are linked to politicians such as Gretchen Nikki Haley, former governor of South Carolina; Whitmer, governor of Michigan; and Tim Walz, possible vice president of the nation.
