On the morning of Thursday, August 8, it was announced that a devastating fire had broken out at El Oasis, Marc Anthony’s property in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. The causes and level of damage were unknown at the time.

Hours after the first video of the catastrophe emerged, the program ‘El Gordo y La Flaca’ went to the scene of the accident and from there they documented everything that had happened in the house where Marc Anthony married Shannon de Limahis now ex-partner.

In the footage, which included aerial shots, we were able to see in detail the areas of the building that were most affected and, fortunately, everything seems to indicate that the flames did not reach the main house, but simply stayed in what used to be used as the guest area.

The fire, according to the Univision program, started in the bungalow area, which is the place where the salsa singer used to receive his guests and which is located right next to one of the pools.

“According to the singer’s team, the main house was not damaged. El Gordo y La Flaca also had access to aerial images of how the villa was left after the accident and, indeed, it can be seen that the pool area was searched and that the main house was not affected,” the reporter from the entertainment program reported.

It transpired that there are no reports of injured people, in addition to the fact that at the time of the fire neither Marc Anthony nor NGoodbye Ferreirawere at the scene. So far, it has not been revealed what caused the fire.
