Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s separation rumors continue to be a hot topic, and now they are doing so because the Diva of the Bronx was seen without her engagement ring, while touring what would be her future bachelorette house in the Beverly Hills neighborhood of California.
The property, which is reportedly valued at $68 million, is located about 15 minutes from her married home with Ben Affleck, which is for sale for a similar amount, so it would not be surprising if JLo did shell out that or a similar amount for what could be her next residence.
The information about the tour that the famous actress and singer took was released by the TMZ portal, which shared that on her tour she was accompanied by a real estate agent and Emmeher 16-year-old daughter.
“The singer showed up ring-less with her daughter Emme to view a stunning $68 million home in Bev Hills over the weekend, even though she has been trying to sell her own $68 million marital home in the same area for about a month,” TMZ reported.
According to the aforementioned media, what could be Jennifer Lopez’s new house has an area of 12,294 square feetwith five rear rooms and seven bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, movie theater, bar, wine cellar with capacity for 1,200 bottles, utility room, garage for several vehicles, among other amenities.
Outside there is a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a gym, sports courts, among other amenities.
It is not yet known whether Jennifer Lopez will buy the property or not, but the only thing that is certain is that Ben Affleck already has his own bachelorette home and she is on her way, even though neither of them have spoken openly about their separation, but it is an open secret that they have not been a family for several months.
