South African tycoon Elon Musk has ruled out the possibility of making a multimillion-dollar donation to support Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy.

“What the media is saying is simply not true. I am making some donations to America PAC, but at a much smaller level. and the PAC’s key values are supporting meritocracy and individual freedom.
“Republicans are overwhelmingly, but not exclusively, on the side of merit and liberty,” he wrote.
