The authorities They are investigating the death of a one-day-old girl which was found Tuesday night in front of a house in the San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported that officers were notified after it was determined that a 23-year-old woman arrived at a Woodland Hills hospital shortly before 6:00 p.m.
Authorities said the woman was bleeding extensively and It was obvious that she had just given birth or had had a miscarriage..

The hospital’s medical staff contacted the LAPDsince the patient did not have a baby with her.
The agents followed up at a residence in the 23000 block of Burbank Boulevard, near Woodlake Avenue, in Woodland Hillswhere the newborn was found dead in a garbage container in the front yard. The child is believed to have been one day old.
