Carolina Sandoval says she is at her best.
Happily married, with a successful girdle company and another one that makes wigs, and back on screen as a panelist on the Univision show “Sit Down Whoever Can!”, La Venenosa says that at 50 years old she wouldn’t change places with anyone.
During the premiere of “Ugly Betty: The Story Continues”Sandoval spoke with La Opinión and not only revealed her secrets to feeling more beautifulbut also shared the changes and rituals she has incorporated into her lifestyle to live a fuller and healthier life.
“Since meditation came into my life, since I got over anxiety, since I changed the diet that inflamed my brain and stomach, I think that right now is my best moment. I am 50 years old and every time I see someone who is younger and worried about getting older, the only thing I tell them is: ‘My love, when you are 50 years old, you are going to give a damn about everything that happens around you, in front of you, and behind you.’”said the Venezuelan, who maintains that another part of her dietary routine has been to incorporate papaya juice.
During the interview, the presenter, who also sells beauty products, spoke about the importance of self-acceptance, without exceptions.
“I have brands of girdles, wigs, I sell many products and it has nothing to do with that. It has to do with accepting yourself with and without accessories.”Sandoval said.
The queen of girdles and self-love
La Venenosa, the nickname by which many viewers have come to know her, has shown through her social networks that it is really nothing more than a nickname. Sandoval has dedicated herself to sharing with her more than 3 million followers on social networks the details of her process of physical and mental well-being, with the sense of humor that characterizes her.
