If there is someone who does not mince words, it is the Cuban vedette Niurka Marcos, who usually deals harsh low blows with each comment she makes and now she did it with her strong statements in the middle of the war of statements she maintains with Juan Osorioher ex-partner, whom she has harshly criticized for the performance of Irina Baeva in ‘Adventurer’.
In a recent interview with the program ‘Todo para la Mujer’, Niurka relived her time as ‘Aventurera’ and assured that she was the one who brought the money home and not her ex-partner, as he has implied, by stating that she was a nobody when she received that great job opportunity.
In the conversation the vedette shared that after becoming pregnant with Emiliothe only son she had with the director, their economic situation was not at its best, as she stopped generating income, which forced them to reduce expenses and even get rid of properties.
“With my career, Juan earned much more than what he was paid, even in the company, much more. Do you know when he noticed that I earned more with my career? When I got pregnant with Emilio, I had to take time off because of my pregnancy. We were buying an apartment in La Joya, in Acapulco, and we had to sell it. Imagine if my career was what gave Juan his abundance,” Niurka recounted about that chapter of her life that occurred more than 20 years ago.
Contrary to what Juan Osorio stated, Niurka denied that he was the one who recommended her to Carmen Salinas to make her her ‘Adventurer’, but that the one most responsible was actually Martha Susana and not her ex, contrary to what he has insinuated.
“At that moment he arrived Martha Susananot Juan Osorio, Martha Susana called me on the phone and said: ‘Niurka, I just told Carmelita, call Juan’s wife who is coming from Tropicana, who is Cuban like Ninón Sevilla and dances beautifully, have you seen how beautifully she dances in the soap opera Vivo por Elena? Call Juan’s wife so she can be Aventurera,’” Niurka recalled about that conversation.

The La Joya area that Niurka referred to is a set of three twin buildings that were built on the beach, between 1993 and 1995, in the Acapulco area.
The three buildings are spread over 52 floors, most of which are intended for residential use, although there is also a hotel on the first floors.
