Famous actress Jennifer Aniston, 55, made headlines a few hours ago after announcing that she was undergoing a radical transformation of her mansion in Montecito, California, which she has owned since September 2022.
Even though he hasn’t had the property for two years, for which he paid $14.8 million dollarsthe star of the series ‘Friends’ decided to undergo a drastic transformation and make a fairly substantial investment.
According to various media reports, Jennifer Aniston appears not to be making any major changes to the house built in 1998, but rather the improvements would be focused on the exterior.
In some released photographs, it can be seen that there are cranes in the green areas of the luxurious property that in the past belonged to Oprah Winfrey and everything seems to indicate that very soon Anniston and her closest circle will enjoy a new pool in the building.
What did the house look like before Jennifer Aniston’s improvements?
The main residence, Tuscan style and built in 1998, has an area of 4,320 square feetwith four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 1.03 acresAniston enjoys a terrace, extensive green areas, a guest house, a gym, parking for up to 15 cars, among other amenities.
