A Texas man will spend the rest of his life behind bars for fatally shooting a woman he was “obsessed with” and her roommate last year.
Atascosa County District Court Judge Russell H. Wilson ordered Rosendo Jesus Montoya28, to serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole for the murders of Mary Heinz33, and her roommate, Laura Westof 43.
According to the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and firefighters responded to a report on June 29, 2023 of a house fire located at 100 Peach Street in Leming, Texas.
