Caroline Wozniacki sells her Miami penthouse for $37 million

Danish tennis player Caroline Wozniacki, 33, has just sold her luxurious penthouse in the Fisher Islandin Miami Beach.

The property, which was put up for sale last January by $42.5 million dollarswas sold in $37 million dollars.

Although he sold it in $5.5 million dollars less than she intended, the athlete still made a huge profit, since she bought it, in 2021, for $18.7 million dollars.

The property, which is located inside a super luxury tower, has an area of 7,000 square feetwith 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, among other rooms.

On the roof part there is an impressive terrace 5,000 square feet which is equipped with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, a fire pit, a barbecue area, among other amenities.

In addition to attracting attention for its rooms, its penthouse also attracts attention for the impressive views that can be enjoyed from any point.
