When will Hurricane Beryl hit Mexico?

The forecast shows that Beryl could arrive in Mexico, specifically Quintana Roo, by the end of this week.

The National Meteorological Service (SMN) of Mexico also indicates that Beryl could impact the country in the coming days.

According to the NHC forecast, Beryl could reach Quintana Roo, Mexico, as a minor category 3 hurricane on Friday, July 5 in the early morning.

The SMN indicated early this Monday that Beryl, still demoted to category 3, does not represent immediate danger to MexicoHowever, its forecast coincides with that of the NHC: Beryl could reach southern Quintana Roo as a Category 2 hurricane.

The SMN expects that on Friday, July 5 at 12:00 am, Beryl will be 40 kilometers south-southeast of Puerto Costa Maya, Quintana Roo, practically off the Mexican coast.

What will the path of Hurricane Beryl be like?

On Thursday, Beryl could continue its path through southern Cuba, although the forecast is less precise at that point.

Experts on the coasts of the Gulf of Mexico and the United States are monitoring the situation, but it will take a few days to determine exactly the direction and strength of the hurricane.
