Rosalba Ortizmother of Geraldine Bazan and former mother-in-law of Gabriel Sotospoke about the invented romance between the actor and Cecilia Gallianowith whom he shares credits in the play “The price of the fame”which has been a great success.
Interviewed during the LGBT pride march in Mexico City, Ortiz disapproved the strategy on the alleged relationship: “Well, it is very sad that they say it was prepared, when there is a supposed promise of marriage (between Soto and Irina Baevaher current partner). We know that there are people who lend themselves to that, but I never thought that Gabriel would agree to do something like that. If it’s true, that’s great; if it’s not true, that’s also great, because he’s still an immature teenager.”
Once again, Rosalba touched on the subject of Geraldine and Gabriel’s divorce: “When you have children you have to put up with it. Until my daughter, with all dignity, said: ‘That’s it.’ Because not only was the deception like that, but It was already a mockery that this person (Irina) was posting as if (Gabriel) were single and free, when he is still married, because even though it hurts them, he is still married by the Church. And that’s until one or the other dies. That’s still a reality, so that still exists.”
When questioned about Baeva’s performance after the premiere of “Adventuress”the staging that stars, Rosalba Ortiz He said: “I think that with this you will win over the people you have lost because of your actions, because of your way of saying things. And even if you speak Spanish very well, your education is evident. You don’t know Latinos, Mexicans, and you don’t know how we think here and there. Note that I gave her important recommendations so that what happened would not happen again. Thank God I have never had a strong criticism for my daughter in that sense of work.”
Finally, the ex-mother-in-law of Gabriel Soto He commented that the public is the best judge of Irina’s work: “She needs some (actresses) to alternate so that she, as she said in three months, will be very phyllosite for the character, don’t keep people waiting.
