The presidential debate lost interest to the public after losing 35% of the audience

The coldness of the numbers showed that the presidential debate stopped interesting the nation, fewer citizens decided to sit in front of the screen to find out what two old acquaintances were saying, focused on destroying each other without showing any signs of having anything different to offer for the next four years.

Preliminary data from Nielsen indicate that the debate broadcast by the CNN news network, was seen by 47.9 million viewers on television in a broadcast shared simultaneously with 22 other networks.

The event, held in a studio based in Atlanta, brought together 8.7 million viewers on the channel cnnof which 3 million represented citizens between 25 and 54 years old.
